Q&A: If an organic food restaurant opened in your area would you be interested in it?
Question by Sara: If an organic food restaurant opened in your area would you be interested in it?
I am doing a little research about opening an organic food restaurant in the Chicago land area. I was just curious as to if anyone would be interested in this. The restaurant would use all organic foods including product and grass feed meats. There would also be vegetarian and vegan meals on the menu as well.

Only if the food was really good.
What do you think? Answer below!

Organic produces lower quality foods. If I’m going out to a restaurant I want something high quality. Synthetic research has pushed normal food products well beyond that of ancient organic production styles. Plus organic pesticides are unsafe for consumption. There is a reason why organic is more expensive.
yes
I think I wood } depending if its good
my fam likes organic food
if the food was good and the prices for the meals are close in price to other restaurants
I wouldn’t care for grass feed meats. Frankly, I don’t care for organic food. If you do open an organic restaurant, you would make some money, but don’t expect to get all big and bad. It will be nothing more than a little restaurant thing
I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, and my favourite sandwich place is organic. In fact, it’s just 200 meters from my front door.
The fact that it’s organic isn’t the most important thing, though. That it’s so close to me, and that the food is so tasty are both more important.
Then there’s pricing. It’s expensive as hell ($ 10-16 for a sandwich), which is what makes me go to other places occasionally.
Just my two cents
I would give it a go but I would want value for money, meaning it couldn’t be be expensive meals because of the organic ingredients, or tiny portions to keep the prices down.
